L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de le faire avant la concr\u00e9tisation de l&rsquo;achat, cela limite les d\u00e9couvertes impromptues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analyse du cadastre (est ce que cela correspond au bornage du terrain, est ce que sont bien les parcelles achet\u00e9es&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prise de contact avec la mairie pour avoir un historique de la maison et du secteur g\u00e9ographique (pas de construction pr\u00e9vue de ligne \u00e0 haute tension, de passage d&rsquo;une ligne de train, de la construction d&rsquo;un immeuble&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rification du r\u00e8glement de l&rsquo;urbanisme en vigueur sur cette zone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rification des passages de r\u00e9seaux : \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, communication, adduction d&rsquo;eau potable, gestion des eaux us\u00e9es\/vannes, asservissement\u2026 (Dans le cadre de gestion priv\u00e9e des eaux us\u00e9es et vannes, validation de l&rsquo;installation par le SPANC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments en mains, on peut op\u00e9rer \u00e0 un m\u00e9tr\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents, v\u00e9rifier les dimensions, surfaces, volumes afin de pouvoir se projeter de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9aliste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images nature(s) et d&rsquo;anticiper les techniques \u00e0 employer qui pourraient impacter les co\u00fbts de mani\u00e8re importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une v\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du second \u0153uvre va permettre de d\u00e9terminer des enveloppe budg\u00e9taires par ouvrages de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 anticiper un cout de travaux par priorit\u00e9
